Select the product and the registered entity where you have your savings, enter the product balance and calculate the insured amount.
If the financial institution where your savings are liquidated, Fogafín guarantees the return of your money through the Deposit Insurance, up to an amount of $50 million per person.
The payment will be made as follows:
If you have an active, unlimited individual savings or checking account at another financial institution registered with Fogafín, the money will be transferred directly to that account.
If you do not have an account with these conditions, Fogafín will deliver the money to you in cash or a cashier's check.
Important: Interest accrued and unpaid up to the date of liquidation is also covered, as long as the total does not exceed $50 million.
